Saab Magalona and husband Jim Bacarro brought their son Pancho to visit the grave of his twin Luna.
Aside from remembering his deceased father Francis Magalona on his birthday, Saab and her family also paid their daughter a visit.
According to her post, it was Pancho's first time to visit his twin sister.
